I am Francesca Nannetti, and I am an Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School. I received my Ph.D. from ESSEC Business School.

In my research, I investigate how gender influences network dynamics and the performance implications, with a prevalent focus on creativity and innovation. The goal is to disentangle the mechanisms that drive gender differences in tie formation and the differential returns that men and women reap from network characteristics. To achieve this goal, I developed two related streams:

1. Gender differences in creativity and innovation returns to social network characteristics;

2. Gender differences in tie formation.
